LOGIN“Is she ready?”
One of the men asked. “Yes,” Emily said, straightening up, though I was still hugging her waist. “Let go now, sweetie.” I obeyed and slowly released her. She handed me my stuffed rabbit. “Don't forget your rabbit friend.” I nodded and hugged it tightly, sobbing. One of the men stepped forward and blindfolded me, then sealed my mouth with tape. I couldn't see anymore. Suddenly, I felt two huge hands lift me up and carried me away. Just like that, I was taken away from the only family I had ever known—Emily and her son. The car ride long and silent but I didn’t sleep. I couldn't. I just hugged my stuffed rabbit as tightly as I could, crying silently. When the car finally stopped, they removed the blindfold. It was late in the night but what I saw Infront of me looked like another world. A beautiful massive estate with rows of identical white mansions. Each behind stone gates, with many shiny cars parked outside. They led me inside one of the mansions and took me to a luxurious room. Pink walls. Pink curtains. A big giant bed covered with a bed sheet designed cartoon cartoon characters. There were giant teddy bears, toys and shelves lined with brand-new Barbies and Bratz dolls. Those men told me to rest and left the room. I slowly sat on the edge of the bed, still clutching my stuffed rabbit until I fell asleep. --- The next morning, someone knocked on the door. I immediately hugged my rabbit like it was a form of protection. A woman in a black maid uniform walked in with a tray of food. The most delicious-looking food I had ever seen in my life. My mouth watered instantly. "Good morning". I greeted. She ignored me and placed the tray on a table in the corner, where a pink, princess-like chair stood. “Your breakfast is served, take a bath, brush and eat,” she said dryly, then left the room. I didn’t move. I just stared at the food, swallowing hungrily but too afraid to touch it. Minutes later, the woman returned and saw the food untouched. She looked offended. “You have to eat, or you’ll be punished,” she said coldly. Immediately, I walked to the bathroom, she followed and helped with my bath time then watched me brush my teeth. Afterwards, I ate the food while she watched. Once I was full, she carried the tray away. About an hour later, two other women dressed in the same uniform entered and began dressing me up. White stockings, black shoes, a pink dress, and combed my hair before putting it up to a ponytail. “Such long golden hair, she looks like a doll.” The first maid said and pinned a bow at the back of my ponytail. “Poor thing. Where are her parents?” The second added. “Enough with the gossip—do you want to be killed?” The first maid whispered. Without saying a word to me, they left the room. Once again,I was all by myself, alone. I sat on my bed, looking around the large room. It was far bigger than my old one, which only made it more terrifying. Suddenly, the door creaked open. I jumped to my feet, startled. A man stepped in—I recognized him instantly as the one who had shouted five million. He was followed by another unfamiliar man, he was wearing a large glistening ring and a black coat draped over his shoulders. His eyes found me and he paused on the spot. I looked down nervously. “She’s a rare beauty". I heard him say. “I knew you’d like her, Lord Vince,” the first man said proudly. “Young and innocent... beautiful blue eyes, rare golden lashes, hair like spun gold. Skin pale as snow. She looks like a fairy. I paid five million.” Lord Vince walked over and sat on the edge of the bed. He took a slow drag from his cigarette, his eyes locked on me. “Worth it,” he said, and exhaled the smoke. I coughed loudly because of the smoke and looked up at him. He patted his thigh. “Come here, kitten.” I didn’t want to. I was scared. But Emily had told me to obey—so they’d treat me nicely. I slowly sat on his leg, eyes fixed on the floor. He reached up and stroked my long hair. “You’ll need training,” he said softly. Then he leaned in and whispered into my ears. “Call me Daddy.” I felt an uncomfortable shills. My voice came out tiny and trembling. “Da... Daddy.” He laughed. "Haha! Good kitten. Tell me, what name were you given?" "ARIA." I replied, my voice still shaking. He brushed his finger over my lips, slow and deliberate, before sliding it into my mouth. “Open wider,” he instructed. I gagged slightly, eyes watering as tears began to form. “Still tiny,” he muttered with amused cruelty. Suddenly, the door burst open, that startled me, I gripped his shirt around my tiny fingers instinctively. Three women were thrown in—battered, bloodied, their bodies bound in heavy restraints. A dozen men followed, their faces blank. Seeing those women in that condition terrified me. Then my horror intensified when the men descended upon them. Clothes were ripped away in violent jerks. The women screamed, their cries echoing inside the small room. I turned my face away in horror, burying it into Lord Vince’s chest. But he grabbed the back of my head, fingers like iron, pushing my face back to the terrifying sight. “Don’t look away. This is your future, little kitty.”ZAYNE'S POV The moment I turned back toward the bed, my balance betrayed me. The floor shifted under my boots, like I was standing on a swaying boat. The injury was starting to affect my body. I clenched my jaw and kept walking anyway. I would rather tear myself apart than let her see me falter. Not her. Not this woman. “I’d rather let rats chew me alive than let you make a sound between my thighs. You’re pathetic! I hate you… I hate you!! I swear with my life I will kill you, bastard! Even if it takes years. Even if I have to crawl through hell to do it.” Her voice echoed in my head, replaying itself. I knew she was playing games with this whole memory loss. I wouldn’t underestimate Vince’s assassin doll. I wouldn’t be foolish enough to fall into that trap and let my guard down. That bitch hates me to death. Nothing could ever make her forget her hatred for me. My heart started racing in a strange way—something I hadn’t felt in a long time. She wouldn’
Aria froze, the meaning sinking in slowly, painfully. Zayne watched her expression shift from shock to disbelief. A cruel, humorless smile—one that didn’t touch his eyes—spread across his face. “You look surprised,” he said. “As if you didn’t know you’re standing in front of the man responsible.” Aria swallowed hard. “Why are you telling me this? I… I can’t hate you for something I don’t remember. Besides, you keep talking about it like you regret it and it haunts you.” Zayne paused for a heartbeat, then let out a quiet, disbelieving laugh. “Haha! You’re unbelievable,” he said softly. “Truly. A good actor, I must confess. You have talent not only on now to make a dick pulse but also how to make a brain pause". Her confusion deepened. “What are you talking about?” “You think I’d feel anything about what happened,” he snapped. “Regret? Guilt?” He scoffed. “I don’t regret removing obstacles. Not then. Not now.” Aria remained silent. Zayne dropped his hand. T
That night Aria was sleeping on her hospital bed, curled up on her side, with the blanket half-slipped from her shoulder. The room was quiet until her nose twitched softly. “...Titan? Is that you?” she murmured, still half-dreaming. Zayne froze. Her lashes fluttered open, and she caught him there—standing beside her bed, one hand hovering inches above her hair. She smiled, sleepily and warm. “I knew it was you,” she whispered. “You still smell the same.” Zayne’s chest tightened. It was on purpose, he thought. I used the same cologne Titan loved to wear. A stupid choice. A stupid reason to come here. What the hell am I doing here? Watching her sleep? Reaching to caress her hair? How could I have allowed her to affect me so much? Could it be the moment I almost gave up the ghost and she was the only thing I could think of? He clenched his jaw. Zayne’s entire convoy had been ambushed thirty minutes after leaving the meeting—an insider’s betrayal. He had foug
She took a long pull from her thick cigar and stared at him. There's only one reason he is acting this strange, she thought"That Vince's pet slut has gotten into him badly. I wonder what happened three days ago at the emergency room.He hasn't been himself since thenWhat could I do to save this bastard from failing as a leader. He is the heir, any distraction will get him eliminated by the enemy and this empire taken." She sighed and released a cloud of smoke. “Lord Zayne,”she said gently, “your decision?” Zayne lifted his gaze slowly, like it took effort. “Repeat the numbers,” he said. Arkan blinked. “We… we… already did.” “Repeat them,” Zayne said again, voice flat. “All of them.” They all exchanged uneasy glances. Zayne never forgot any detail during a meeting, but today he was drifting—badly. What could be the matter? "You heard him! Repeat it." Venom roared. Bael cleared his throat and read off his tablet: “Four.....four... shipments lost. Sixty-two
LOCATION: BLOODFANG HEADQUARTERS (Capital City) The conference room on the 47th floor overlooked the entire capital. A tall tower of shining glass walls, steel beams, and a massive black table where twelve dangerous mafia leaders from around the globe sat, each wearing the crest of the region they controlled. Documents, ledgers, maps, and blood-signed contracts littered the table. No one spoke over another. Except tonight. Tonight, they were already yelling, guns holstered beside their chairs as casually as wallets. “We lost four shipments this month — that’s sixty-two million gone!" Arkan, a member of the group, slammed a stack of printed spreadsheets on the table in anger. Numbers highlighted in red. Another one, named Bael, didn’t even look up from his tablet before replying to the furious one. “Maybe try hiring men who graduated primary school,” he said dryly. “Oh shut up,” Arkan snapped. “My division is the only one pulling its weight—” “Clearly not,” Bael
Finally, Miren replied. “Can we have a minute with each other, my lady?” Aria blinked with a piece of cake in her mouth. She swallowed. “Of course you can.” They quietly excused themselves to a corner, arguing in hushed tones. “Are we allowed to?” Stacy whispered. “Well, she requested. We are supposed to follow her orders,” Miren whispered back. “She could fall, or hurt herself! What if she wanders off?” Hannah fretted. “But we can’t just deny her… she’s been trapped in that room for days!” Selena protested. After a long moment, they reluctantly agreed to supervise her. Miren returned to the bedside. “My lady, your wish is our command. Of course we can escort you to see the outside.” Aria’s face lit up instantly. “Thank you! Thank you so much!” The same moment, the door opened, and Dr. Eugene stepped in. “What’s going on here?” Aria bounced up from the bed slightly. “Doctor! You promised! I can go out—just a little, with them. I’ll be careful!”
