Chapter 43: Lunch Out

She didn't know how long she had been working but just a few hours after Cedrick Miguel left, he came back again to disturb her. He still wore the same smile that melts away the annoyance she felt towards his disturbance and all she can do is heave out a sigh to shake off the feeling that starting to make him feel. Trying to deny that she wasn't affected by that kind of smile, she tried to maintain her composure with furrowed brows to show him he was disturbing her.

"What do you want this time?" She stated showing her annoyance.

"Just in case you didn't notice, it was already lunchtime. Don't tell me you don't have plans to eat?" He replied cocking one brow.

"Oh..." Only words she could reply as her eyes automatically went down to her wristwatch to be surprised that it was already past twelve.
