Silas's POV

Practice ended with my shirt stuck to my back and my head in a bad place.

I'd played angry. Declan had noticed, and passed me the ball less. I took a long shower, dressed fast, and left Jasper on the bleachers with Liora. They were talking quietly, and I wasn't going to be the one to interrupt.

The path outside the gym was almost empty. The sun was dropping behind the trees, and the air had gone cold. I was halfway to the parking lot when I heard the wheels.

A soft, steady grind on

  • Captive To The Ruthless Heirs   Her Tears, My Ruin

Silas’s POVShe was still shaking when I stood up.Her thighs were slick, her pussy open and dripping onto the cushion, that same ruined pink that had been wrecked open last night and was somehow even worse now. Afternoon light poured over every inch of her. I could see the way her cunt kept twitching like it was still trying to hold onto my fingers. The sight punched the air out of my chest.I unbuttoned my jeans. The zipper dragged down. My cock sprang free, heavy and already leaking down the shaft. I wrapped a hand around it once, just to take the edge off, but it only made the ache worse.“You like what you see?”She nodded, eyes glassy, lips parted.“You want me to fuck you?”“Yes please.”Her voice was wrecked. Soft. Needy. It went straight to my gut.“Beg me properly, kitten. Beg me to ruin whatever is left of your warm hole.”She swallowed.“Please, Silas. Fuck me. Fuck my raw pussy until I can’t stand.”A low laugh scraped out of me. The sound was ugly. Hungry.“You asked for

  • Captive To The Ruthless Heirs   The Gate

Declan's POVThe bus emptied out one stop at a time until there were six of us left.I kept my hood up and my eyes on the back of Dean's head. Houses were replacing buildings outside the window, low roofs and chain fences and bare trees. A woman got off with a stroller. A man in work boots folded his newspaper and left. Dean stayed where he was, bag on his knees, one foot bouncing. At the ninth stop he stood up.I waited until the doors began to fold shut before I moved. I slipped down the aisle and out sideways, nodding at the driver's blank stare, and stepped onto the curb as the bus pulled away behind me.Dean was already walking. He crossed the road without looking both ways and turned into a narrow lane that ran between two walls. I counted to five and followed. The lane was just wide enough for one car, patched with old asphalt, and the walls on both sides were stained green at the bottom. He walked fast, head down. When the lane forked, he took the left branch without hesitatin

  • Captive To The Ruthless Heirs   The Debt

Liora’s POVI only came downstairs to get my charger.I’d left it plugged in behind the couch the night before, and my phone was at four percent. The afternoon sun was pouring through the tall windows, and I was halfway across the living room when I heard Silas’s voice.“…tonight, then. Same crew. We’re not changing anything.”I stopped in the doorway. Both of them were in there. Silas sat in the middle of the couch with his arms stretched along the back. Jasper had the far end, one leg propped on the cushions, a cigarette burning between his fingers. They went quiet when they saw me.“What delivery?” I asked.Nobody answered right away. Jasper tapped ash into the tray beside him and looked at Silas. Silas looked at me.“There’s a delivery tonight,” Silas said finally. “That’s all I can tell you.”“That’s all? You promised no lies.""It isn't a lie. I'm just not telling you the details." He held my eyes. "You said you wanted to know when someone gets hurt. Nobody's hurt. Th

  • Captive To The Ruthless Heirs   Apology

Declan's POVI found him on the steps outside the dining hall, a backpack on one shoulder and his phone in his hand.I'd walked past the building twice before I made myself stop. My hand was still a little sore from the last time I'd seen him, and I knew exactly why I hadn't wanted to come. Saying sorry wasn't a thing I did. In my whole life I couldn't remember doing it to anyone who wasn't my father. But Liora had asked. She'd looked at me across the table, with torn paper between us, and said *you apologize to Dean.* And I'd said I'd think about it, which was the only way I knew how to say yes without saying it."Dean."He looked up. His face did what I expected. It went flat, and his shoulders squared, and he took one step back like he was measuring the distance to the door."What do you want?""Two minutes.""I don't have two minutes.""Then one." I stopped at the bottom of the steps, hands out of my pockets so he could see them. "I'm not here to start something.""That's new.""I

  • Captive To The Ruthless Heirs   Goodbye Feast

Liora's POVI woke up to a weight across my waist and the smell of morning.Gray light came through the curtains. Jasper's arm was still around me, heavy and warm, his face pressed into the back of my neck. His breath moved my hair every time he exhaled. I lay there without moving and listened to him sleep, and for once I didn't feel the need to get up and run from anything. Then my stomach growled."Mm." Jasper's voice was thick with sleep. "Was that you?""No.""Liar." His arm tightened. "Stay.""I'm hungry.""So am I." He pressed a lazy kiss behind my ear. "Five more minutes."I laughed and wriggled free. He groaned into the pillow, and I pulled on a sweater and a pair of leggings and left him sprawled across my bed with the blanket tangled around his legs. The kitchen was empty and quiet. I stood in the middle of it for a second, looking around. The counter where I'd cooked pasta. The knife block. The stool where Silas had sat while I laughed at Declan's canned noodle story. I kne

  • Captive To The Ruthless Heirs   After Midnight

Liora's POVI was brushing out my hair at the mirror when the knock came. Two soft raps against the door. It wasn't Silas, who would have walked in, and it wasn't Declan, who would have said my name through the wood. I put the brush down, pulled my robe tight over my nightdress, and opened up.Jasper stood in the hall in a gray T-shirt and black joggers, one hand braced against the frame, his weight on his good leg. His hair was damp from a shower, and the light behind him made a dark outline of his shoulders."Jasper." I blinked at him. "Why are you here? It's late. I'm getting ready for bed.""I know.""Is something wrong?""No." His eyes didn't leave mine. "I want to fuck you, Liora. I've been thinking about it all day, about being inside you. I couldn't get through the review without seeing it."My hand tightened on the door. "Your leg. You're still hurt.""I want you.""You can barely walk.""I don't need to walk for this." His gaze dropped, slid down the front of my robe, and ca
