Chapter 24: Leaving

After having one of the longest showers of my life where I scrubbed my body twice, letting some tears fall down my face without wiping them away and body lotioning my whole body, Guela came in to dress me for the journey. Apparently it was a 2 days horse riding journey. No vehicles. Pretty ironic considering I was here partly because of a car.

Guela dressed me in a pair of tight riding pants and a spaghetti strap top, with over it a comfortable, short jacket. I put my hair in a bun and tightened my army boots. "Where are we going?" I asked Guela after a time of silence. She glanced at me worriedly a few times but I had no energy to make conversation.

"The realm of Wrath. Every year, another realm throws an annual event to get together. It's an opportunity for the brothers to discuss everything they need to but also, demons from every realm come to party. It's a party like you have never been to.
