I read the comments on the previous chapter and I find some readers having complaints regarding the chapter length. I do not disagree, it really is short. I had given authors' note in a few chapters behind where I stated that I have fever. I haven't recovered yet, that's why it has been very hard for me to write. My head spins when I am trying to write something and I had to take a lot of meds before I could write this chapter. Please bear some patience since I am trying what I can. Also, the story is going to end in a few chapters, might just take one or two chaps more, is you were curious.
DOMINIC’S POV I stepped out of the car, straightened the wrinkles on my suit jacket and strutted towards the main door. I was close enough when my phone pinged. I fished out my phone and saw Sky’s message. Sky: Ping Pong. Ding Dong. Danger Alert. Location: The Black Corridor. I rolled my eyes. This idiot. He was lucky that he was useful else I would have ripped his head off. I walked down the stairs and turned to the curve that led to the back of the mansion where the Black Corridor was. A smirk lifted the corner of my lips when I remembered how kitten had entered through the back door. I was expecting her to come from the front, but my people were keeping their eyes on her and I was informed that she was walking into the Black Corridor. I had chose to use all black marble for it. It was just an interest. ‘The moon will be turning red soon.’ Asphalt’s voice came in my head and I hummed. I looked up at the sky, the white clouds draping the moon, under the black veil of the night.
So, I thought I could finish writing the next chapter and publish it quickly, but my body was giving up. So I decided to stop for now and take rest. I would have fekt bad if you all kept waiting and the update didn't come like I promised it, so I wrote this author's note. Also, for the ones who mention about the story ending abruptly and not answering questions, do not worry since: This is the first installement of the Chased Wolf series (yep, its a series *wink*) and there is the second volume that will be diving deeper into the story, introducing new conflicts and giving answers to all the questions. Once this volume is finished, I will take a break to work on the second installement before it gets live to read and enjoy. Also, would you all like the story character asthetics and their pics? Let me know in the comment Flying Kisses
DOMINIC’S POVThe way she held the paper, her eyes scanning the writing in it as if her life depended on it made my curiosity grow. It looked really serious. My voice had calmed her down a little and she cleared her throat.“Um…this could feel really cliche so please stop me if you find it ridiculous.” she said.“I love hearing you, Avery. You should know that by now.” I said, looking deep into her eyes. She bit onto her lip, bringing my attention to them and before I could comment on her dress, she started to speak.“Dear Dominic and AsphaltThis is a letter of confession for my true feelings regarding you both. Since I am bad with coming up with something when you are in front of me, I decided to write it all down and read it.This was the same place under which a man danced with me. Little did I know, he would make my heart dance too someday. There was a time when I had nothing but despair. All I did was shed tears, counted days to end. But then came a storm, dark as the night, pre
“Ah!” my eyes closed, and I felt the waves of ecstasy while he pushed another digit inside me. His fingers expertly pushed and pulled out inside my core that tightened around his presence. Not just my vulva, but my heart was filled by him too.He kept fingering me deliciously, pushing me up the hill of pleasure until I reached the tip of it. Before I could jump down the hill, he stopped. I opened my eyes and looked at him. He had pulled his fingers out and mischief playing in his eyes.“Dom…“I whimpered.“What, love? Do you want something?” he asked, while his mouth sucked his middle finger that had my arousal wrapped on it.My lips quivered, as my body ached for a release right this moment. But I didn’t know how to say it. “Please…keep doing it.”“Do what?” his voice was husky, while his dark eyes set on me.“I—”“Do you want me to taint all of you today?” he asked and I nodded. “Say it, kitten. Purr for us. Say it. Beg for it.”“Please Dominic…Asphalt…” the desperation was clear in m
Hello all! It is me again and I have a good news for you all. The second part of this book will continue as second volume in this book only. I wanted to keep it hassle free, that's why I merged both the books together. Those who don't want to continue with the second part of the book can feel free to do so. Other than that, I hope you all enjoy the updates. The story will continue with the same characters and new characters will be introduced in the story who are vital for the development. The new chapters of the second volume will be totled as Second Volume: chapter one--like this. So I hope no one will be confused as to which part is the first and which is the second volume. Please do vote with gem stones and comment to help the story reach more people.
“You are not doing it right,” Dominic said as I tried to lift my leg high enough to punch his hand.I huffed and held my hips, “I have been trying for the last forty minutes. Can I take a break?”“No,” he replied with a serious face and I pouted. It has been two weeks since we were together and things had been going really smoothly between us. I had come to accept the darkness in him and the fact that he would never leave me, no matter what. And his actions had proved me right enough. His behavior after our steamy night did not change, rather he turned more openly romantic and I loved it. Who would have guessed that this man, the strongest Alpha, could show love to someone like me: a witch?Regarding that, Dominic said that he would look into my the town’s history and see if he could find anything. But the best option was something that I did not want to do. Talk to my parents. I was born and brought into a normal household. There was no sense of magic around me.I would have felt it i
A harsh wind blew against my face as the car rode towards the pack borders. I had never seen the pack borders before because there never had been a necessity to step out of the town. Initially, I did have plans for it but after being with Dominic, I had no interest or reason to step out of the town unless he was planning to move elsewhere.“Quite the weather, don’t you think?” Dominic spoke from the side and I hummed as I stuck my head out of the window. The weather was gloomy as usual, with dark clouds hovering over the sky, cold air biting at the skin, and fog sweeping on the roads, flowing between the leafless trees. We reached the borders and once I stepped out of the car, my eyes fell on the group of men and women standing around us. From the looks of it, I could tell that they were of the Crescent Star Pack. I could feel their powerful auras and among them, one guy stood out. He had black hair that was spiked up with gel and he was chewing a piece of gum in his mouth, while his g
DOMINIC’S POVThe sky flashed with thunder as I transformed into Asphalt. Asphalt and I were both enjoying the fight with Mathew’s wolf, Mark. Mark was a good competitor, so it was always enjoyable to tackle him. All the blood spilled, the screams of the wolves who were being killed…it just made me ecstatic.Adrenaline pumped in Asphalt’s wolf as he lunged forward and attacked Mark, who was struggling like a puppy. Mathews knew he was no match for me, still, that dickhead had to challenge me every single time. I did not care to comprehend why he still tried to challenge me, knowing very well that one of the fights would lead to his death. But I was also concerned about Avery. There was no doubt Victor already knew about her and certainly was having tea in my mansion, waiting for my arrival. If Avery got there by now, he would try to sabotage her. I would have to make this quick. My thoughts were interrupted by Mark howling and his canines pierced into Asphalt’s skin. It was nothing dif
