I blinked back the tears as I stared at the garden through the window. I hadn’t expected him to go away like that. If I had known, my words would have been different. I wanted to say I loved him and missed him and I forgive him.
“Sky,” I smelled hot chocolate and turned behind to find my white chocolate holding a cup in her hand. She extended the cup towards me, the hot fumes touching my soaked cheeks.
“Thanks lovely.” I said and took a sip from the cup. It tasted heavenly. Jannet was amazing at making hot chocolate and I was a fan of hot chocolate now.
She took a seat beside me and rubbed my shoulder, “Wanna talk about it?” She had given me some space after dad passed away and told me she was here to talk if I wanted to. I couldn’t ask for a more understanding mate. It was her maturity which influenced me to a great extent and Silver had told me how he I was slowly changing into a more responsible man.
