Mellisa's POV

“Thank you Alpha Bryan for taking time out to welcome us,” Magnus said on behalf of all of us.

“You're welcome, Alpha Magnus. So sorry for your loss, no one deserves that. Hopefully your father will be found.”

Magnus gave him a curt nod. We all know how Alpha Bryan talks too much, if you want to easily get information from anyone it would definitely be from him.

Alpha Bryan glanced at our car and furrowed his brows. “What happened to your vehicle?” He asked us.

“We were attacked on the road by rogues, but we were able to diffuse the situation.” I answered him briefly not saying the entire thing.

Alpha Bryan paused and mindlinked someone them said.

“Sorry about what happened, I just informed the Chairman of Council. Also,” he then gestured to a servant nearby that I just noticed to come closer.
