Aron rose from the couch, carrying me in his arms. I turned my head to look at him. I took notice of his sharp jawline. He was a man of looks.

I felt proud to be with such an attractive man. However, a thought crossed my mind, making me wonder if I deserved to be with him.

Aron laid me down on the bed. My hands remained wrapped around his neck.

He looked at me. I lowered my gaze with shyness.

He let out a deep breath as his eyes moved to my disheveled nightgown.

The robe was still pulled down to my arms, and the camisole was lowered, revealing almost half of my chest.

I slowly unwrapped my hands around his neck. He looked away from my cleavage and turned his gaze to my face.

I returned my gaze to him. Our eyes locked again.

My heart was thumping as I felt him so close. He cast a glance at my lips. He bit his lower lip while staring at them.

I pushed his chest with a shy smile. "I am sleepy."
