Chapter # 16

I freshened up and had breakfast. After breakfast, Lucille left for the fortress, leaving us all alone.

“Seems like she is gonna spend her time there.” Carl said, sitting beside me. “Hmm.” I hummed, leaning back.

“I guess they even separated stocks from us.” Carl told me. “Those were independent women, they will consider it a mock that now they have joined us, they need us.”
