Lucien pov

I lifted Raina to my waist, wrapping her legs around my waist. My tongue was still in her mouth.

Raina tried to disengage from the kiss but I wouldn’t let that happen.

Peter could go to hell for all I care. Why was he even bothering Raina? Did he even know her somewhere before coming over here?

Fear and panic filled my mind at the thought that Peter might be crushing on Raina.

Raina’s digging of fingers in my skin derailed my train of thought. She stopped reciprocating the kiss.

I wasn’t going to be selfish, the beast in me didn’t want me to stop. It wants me to continue kissing her until her lips get bruised, and paralyzed.

I broke away from the kiss, staring daggers at Peter who was holding a pan in his hands, and in his hand was a glass of milk.

Raina let go of her legs around my waist and jumped to the floor with her gaze locked on Peter.
