18. Kill Angelo

Romano rose from his seat and walked out, followed by some of his armed men. They walked quietly out of the building into the cars that were parked outside before driving off.

“Get me through to Jack again,” he ordered one of his men who was sitting in front of the car. The man took out the phone and tried again. It still gave the same response.

“Nothing, sir”

“Arrrgh, ” Romano screamed. Get me to Giovanni immediately.

Inside Giovanni's office, Angelo sat comfortably on the chair. His gun was placed on the table beside a pack of cigarettes and a bottle of liquor. He flipped through the files he had printed out of his laptop with full attention.

A knock sounded on the door and he raised his head to stare at it, debating if to grant access to whoever was knocking.

“Come in” he finally replied and the face of one of his men popped in, followed by his entire body. He did a little salute and bowed.
