Chapter 24 - A plan and a map.

Leah’s POV

I couldn’t shake the awful feeling of Deja vu as I ran through the forest and found the roadside diner, but reality struck when I walked in and recognized the people. It had all been real! It wasn’t a dream! Meeting Sebastian, Eli dying, and the moon goddess! I actually met the moon goddess and she’s given me a second chance! My head started to pound as I tried to remember exactly what she said. I needed to remember! I found a car outside the diner that I could hotwire and I wasn’t even surprised that I knew how to do it. I remembered the car the moment I saw it, and dropped my bag in the back seat. As I pulled out into the road, I took a deep breath. I had to find somewhere I could lie low for a couple of days. I needed to think. There was no use in starting all of this all over again since I already knew the outcome.

I wondered if Sebastian’s mate was still alive or if she had passed away yet. If I could save her, maybe I could save us all, but that wouldn’t be possible.
