At that time, all of the prisons were crowded and the crime rate was still growing. Authorities were compelled to kill the prisoners. After that mass destruction of felons, Vuintor Poison was outlawed.
Covert industries ordered a bunch of Vuintor Poison and analyzed it to reproduce. Later, they managed to copy the exact mix and supply it to the underground businesses. Illegal mass-produce and illegal buying of goods. The rise of underground business started in the 2000s.Jerson knew it all as it was once mentioned during one of the meetings of Empresí.
