Chapter Fourteen - Clashing again...

Aubrey and I were back at work and back at each other’s throat. Even after spending a good weekend together.

“I am not stupid. I know what I am doing,” Aubrey snapped at me.

“I didn’t say you don’t know. I was giving a suggestion,” I snapped back.

“Well, you are talking to me like I don’t know what I am doing,” She hisses.

This has pretty much been how the morning has gone. Kay tried to calm us down, threatening to give Aubrey a warning, but I told her not to do that. In the end? Both Kay and Darren left us to it, going somewhere else to work.

She was pissing me off, but at the same time, her feistiness may have been turning me on slightly, also.

“No, you are just making it seem that way to make me look like an asshole,” I growled.
