Gabe Hunter, CEO of one of the biggest Advertisement agents in the US, a family run business. He is , rich and arrogant. The kind of man most women swoon over, but Aubrey Winters isn't most women. She disliked him the moment they met, and she doesn't care that he is the CEO of where she works. He isn't her biggest fan either because she isn't like other women. She is fiesty, confident and independent. Gabe is used to people doing as they tell him, something it isn't so easy when it comes to Aubrey. But what does it matter, right? They don't see each other often, and that is how she likes it, so when Gabe decided to take the lead on a new project, a project that Aubrey has been chosen to work on, she soon finds herself spending more time with him than she would like. Aubrey soon finds herself clashing with the CEO. Will their time together make them dislike each other more, or will the time they have to spend together change things?                                            Aubrey  I was making my way to the conference room for a meeting. The advertisement company that I worked for was getting a new client. Who, we do not know? Chapter Two - Rude son-of-a- b***h
                   Aubrey I was exhausted by the time I got home. It had been a busy day. I was ready to get into my pjs, have dinner and a glass of wine, in front of the TV watching some crappy movie. My mind was tired from everything that was going on today, but I have a prototype for a new website for Modern Vintage because I think they can do better than they have right now. They cater to all, and I don’t believe the site shows that. I think if they showed more, then they could become more.  I sat my things down, heading to the kitchen to reheat yesterday’s leftovers. Chapter Three - I didn't think this would be you kind of place...
                                       Aubrey My plan to have a night alone failed! When I settled down after my call with Gabe, my friends decided to call and informed me that we were going out tonight. It was the weekend, after all. I was too tired, but they insisted. Now, here I am, getting myself ready for a night of bar hopping and clubbing. I would rather be snuggled up on the sofa with a good book. I could have told them no, but it would not have worked because they would just show up at my door. I love my friends, but they can be a pain in my ass. Chapter Five - Back to normal
Aubrey  I regretted drinking so much last night because now I have to go to work, and I feel like shit! Why did I let myself get in such a state? I don’t know how I will face Gabe at this video call on Sunday, not after last night. I should not have got as wasted, not in front of him. I was dancing on tables and everything, and then he had to take my drunken ass home. How embarrassing for me. I had my shades on to hide my eyes as I walked into work, an extra-strong coffee in my hand. Chapter Six - When did I become such a damn perv?
Gabe  I was frustrated by the end of the meeting. Why? Because of Aubrey. I saw the eyes rolls and the annoyance on her face when I said certain things. Yes, we discussed work in the meeting, everyone seems to know what they are doing, including Aubrey, but her attitude sucks! Chapter Seven - A soft spot
Aubrey  It was Monday morning, and I was heading into work, coffee in hand. I knew I had a busy day ahead of me. I wasn’t dreading it as much as I was on Friday because my time spent with Gabe at the gym has made me relax. We even grabbed a coffee after it. It was strange the two of us getting along. I am not sure how it will be at work, though. I was ignoring how tired I was. That is what happens when I need to get up at five a.m. and only fell asleep about one. Gabe  “I think it is time to call it a day. You have all worked hard today,” I announce. It was eight p.m., and I had been working them hard but making sure they had breaks in between. I don’t think I have ever seen people move as quickly as Kay and Darren were moving. Aubrey didn’t seem to be in such a rush. “I will see you all tomorrow, just your usual starting time,” I said, “We made a good start today,” I add. Kay and Darren said goodbye to us, heading out. Aubrey was still typing away on her laptop. “Aubrey, it is time to go home,” I said. She didn’t look up at me; instead, she held her hand up, stating she would be one minute. I don’t even know what she was doing. I waited a minute, and that soon turned to five, and then ten. I was getting impatient. I wanted home.
