The night seemed all too familiar as Claudius and Hughes sat with Ethan by the large fire pit. Only this time, Ethan won't be shifting for the first time. He's preheat and his scent is already spiking. With so many Omegas close together as a full moon slowly rises in the sky, they're triggering each other, causing each other to show early signs that their heat is approaching.

Ethan tried to socialize with Jacob, he tried to keep an eye on his friend, wanting to see the moment Jacob could hear his wolf. But the need to smell his mates was too strong. With being away from his nest, he could barely keep his nose away from their necks long enough to carry on a conversation, let alone watch Jacob.

Ethan sat in Claudius' lap sideways, with his legs draped over their Alpha. His nose pressed against Claudius' scent gland, as he held his Alpha's hand, tucked under his chin.
