Chapter 94: Consumed in Love

The love of the day and season was consumed by acute pain and sorrow.

Despite Joana’s persistence for Sophia to give Matthew space, her efforts were fruitless.

Sophia has made up her mind to condone Matthew's abuses even if they would claim her life.

In seeking a more profitable solution to curb the problem, Joana opted for help from a therapist but Sophia bluntly refused with reasons that she just needed a child to end the mess.

Simon had called Joana to know if all was well with his daughter and in the end, Joana had sweetly lied and flattered Simon till he fell for her lies.

Kelly however did not call and Joana was worried as hell. She was new in Atlanta and that alone haunted Joana.

About 3: 12 pm that day in Sophia's place, Joana decided to give Kelly a call. Her phone rang but Kelly was not answering her call so she texted her instead.

Shortly after the message was delivered, Kelly replied telling Joana she had met Anthonio and that she was at home with Uncle Simon
