Chapter 2

Cara pass her days with the same thing, she wakes up, has breakfast with her family, goes to the coffee shop until late afternoon and comes back before dark, yes as an Omega, she must be at home before it gets dark, because it is very dangerous for her.

Cara and Gemma had different directions for home, they would enjoy a cup of coffee before heading home and talking about simple things.

"Gemma, how is your relationship with your boyfriend? I rarely see him coming here anymore to pick you up" Cara said.

"Eric? We broke up, he's an Alpha, dating me is a waste of time" Gemma said.

"What do you mean? You guys love each other, it's not a waste of time"

"Cara, Alpha and Beta can't be together, even if they love each other, that's the limit, didn't your parents ever tell you about that?" Cara just shook her head.

"Here's your umbrella" Another man gave Cara's umbrella that fell.

"Thank you" Cara left after taking the umbrella from the man. Her father forbids her from communicating with any men other than her customers, so she thinks she just needs to get away.

After arriving home, she put her umbrella in its place, took off her coat and walked over to her mother in the kitchen, her mother was preparing dinner.

"I'm at home mom" Cara kissed her mother on the cheek before going upstairs to her room.

"Dinner will be ready soon, take a shower and ask your sister to come downstairs" her mother shouted.

"Okay mom" Cara shouted from the stairs, she went into her sister's room before cleaning herself up.

"Hey, what are you doing?" Cara approached her sister who was holding her laptop on her lap.

"I'm just looking for a job" Rosie said.

"Rosie, you need to get your gender result first, no place will accept you without one"

"I know, I just want to find another job that pays more than a waitress" Rosie said.

"Do you know how much my salary is?"

"No, but I'm sure it's only enough for yourself right?"

"Yeah that's true but at least I have a job I want to work in a company like daddy but they definitely ask for gender result letter and if they see it I'm sure they'll refuse"

"Cara, have you found your mate? I read on the internet, that Omega only has until she is 30 years old to wait for her mate, before they die" Rosie said.

"Yes, I know about that, but I'm still 23 years old, I think I still have a lot of time, I want to work first without thinking about that matter"

"What is Wiser and Hyper?" Rosie said.

"Wiser is like your father, they have the most stable emotional level among others, Wiser is usually the person trusted by the leader of the pack, because they are considered more cooperative, Wiser is considered more appropriate in conveying something, that's why many Alphas make Wiser as a guide their direction, while Hyper is the highest level on Alpha, not many are born as Hyper, he has full power over the pack. Hyper is the strongest, they are more sensitive to the scent of their Omega. It's very easy to tell the difference, but you can't show it in front of them if you know who they are. It's dangerous. If you see an Alpha with emerald green eyes that means you're dealing with Hyper"

"Is it only Alpha who has that level?" Rosie said.
