Chapter 7

 After dinner, when she came inside the room, Manik carry her in the bridal style and make love to her. After their make-out session, they are lying on the bed, Nandini's head is on Manik's broad chest. She is playing with his finger when she said: "Manik, do you have any dreams?".

Manik think for some time and said: "Yes, I want to build a super-fast racing car ".Nandini smile, she kiss his chest and said: "I wish all your dream comes true . I will daily pray for you that your dream will come true fast".Manik feel overwhelmed listening to her, he kissed her on the head then asked: "So, what is your dream, tell me I will try to fulfill it ".

Nandini look at him and excitedly said: "Yes, I want to travel the world with you, Bhai and Navya. I never sit on the plane, you know I have heard that we can see clouds from airplanes. And the world is so beautiful, I mean first, we will go to America, then Paris, Switzerland ...".She keeps blabbering while Manik is thinking in his mind: "Nandini, how will you react that I have sat on the plane so many times that I don't remember the count. In fact, I have completed my college in the USA.No, I will make sure you will never get to know about my past. And I promise I will fulfill all your dreams with my own hard earn money ".He comes out of his trance when Nandini shook him, he looks at Nandini who gives her a questioning look and asked: "What happened? Where are you lost ?. Manik shook his head, then she again start speaking: "Where am I, yes that movie shooting was done in Paris ".Manik flip her, he hovered her again and said: Today is our wedding anniversary, today we should romance more and talk less ".After completing the sentence, he again capture her lips and make love to her till morning.

The next morning Manik open his eyes and saw Nandini who is snuggling into him. He smile at her, then kiss her forehead, which broke her sleep. She open her eyes and said: "Good morning ".He also wished her and said : "O shit, I forget to give you the wedding gift ".He get up from the bed, he was not wearing anything . Nandini immediately cover her eyes and said: "Manik, what is this, why are you not wearing anything ?".

Manik chuckled and said: "Nandini, you have seen me naked so many times still you feel shy ".Nandini did not say anything, just a blush crept on her face. Manik shook his head at his shy wife, he pick up the sheet and wrap it around his wrist and walk to the cupboard. He picks out the box from the cupboard and walks to the bed, he removes Nandini's hand from her eyes: "Nandini, I am not naked now, please open your eyes ".She open her eyes and saw a box in her palm, she opened the box and get surprised to see her mother's bangles. She confusingly looks at him.

"I did not sell them, I mortgage them so, I will get them back when I have money. After all, it's your mother bangles ": He said while making her wear the bangles. She looks at the bangles, she has tears in her eyes, Manik wipes her tears and said: "Don't cry Nandini, I can't see you cry ".Nandini nod, then Manik walk to the washroom while Nandini starts cleaning the bedroom.
