Chapter 21: Difficulty dealing with mother

Seeing her son's pensive appearance, the mother continued to raise her voice to teach, but in reality, the words were more like gentle threats.

"Do you hear me, Nathan, stop messing around, if you can't decide on a date and time for the wedding, leave it to me." The woman raised her voice to show her authority.

"I don't agree." Nathan bluntly said, despite his mother pretending to be indifferent to him: "From the very beginning, this marriage was just arranged by the parents on their own initiative, without even consulting the child. Parents are respectful my interests?" Nathan emphasized in an accusing tone.

"It's good for you to do that. If you're against it, why didn't you say it in the first place?" The mother bounced back with her excuse. She thought Nathan would have nothing more to say, but she was wrong. Nathan has enough arguments to back him up.

"If I firmly oppose, will you accept to work for me? Or do you use threats to force me?"
