Sixteen

The next morning I prepared a very strong coffee, because my hunger had tripled and it wasn't just any little thing that satisfied me. I made chocolate waffles, bacon and eggs, the good old cereal and I couldn't miss my strawberry smoothie.

When I was almost finished, the door opened and Jordan walked through it, he didn't sleep at home last night and I can already imagine where he was yesterday.

"Good morning Sam.” he says when he notices my presence, approaching and placing a kiss on my forehead.

"Good morning. You want? There are even chocolate waffles." I say and he nods as he sits down next to me.

"Thanks, I really needed it. I barely ate last night." he says and I notice the deep circles under his eyes. I get up and go to the kitchen getting a cup and putting coffee for him and taking it to him.

"Take it here, it will help a little." I say while handing him the cup.
