Whatever possessed me to kiss him was beyond me. One minute I was sleeping, having a good dream, I might add. I had been dreaming of a black wolf, that was so beautiful and majestic.

It had said something to me, although I couldn’t remember what it had said. All I knew was I woke up with this intense desire to kiss him. I tried to resist it, except the more I did the harder it became.

The second his lips touched mine, it was like I was transported into another time and place. My mind completely went blank and instead of being in the moment with Eric, I was standing next to a fire. I tried to turn my head to look around, except I had no control over my movements.

I started to feel hot, extremely hot, almost as if I was being burned. The pain started at my ankles, growing hotter by the second. A scream pierced through the wind, making it sound as if someone was screaming right next to me.
