“Come on, I know you are wanting to get this done, but you need to snap out of it.” I heard Archer’s voice in my mind.

It wasn’t the first time he has tried to get me to come out of my trance, but I have been ignoring him. He was right, I was trying to get this done. I know I already missed the first six hour break I was supposed to do, but I was doing well right now.

Unlike the first time I did this, I knew what I was doing now. I have learned so much more and I felt completely fine. If anything, I felt as if I was fully rested and full of energy.

“Eric is here.” Archer’s words hit like a brick wall.

Okay, I don’t know if he was just saying it to get me to come out of it, but whatever the case was, it worked. Snapping out of my state of mind, I looked around the room and Eric was indeed sitting on the couch. It almost seemed as if he were looking at me, but I knew he couldn’t be.

“I was wondering when you were going to come out of it.” Eric’s voice was like music to my ears.
