Tatum-

Really regretting asking her about her past right about now. Anger boiled inside me to the point I was ready to go back to that pack and teach them a lesson they would never forget. I knew I was going to regret asking my next question even more, but I needed to know.

“What had happened for you to end up like that when I found you?”

Those bright blue eyes of her rapidly dimmed at my question. I had just opened a can of worms and I wanted to kick myself. I wish we got more verbalizing from the wolves. While Tate was listening to Brooke’s story, I would have his wolf would have also been outraged. Why is Skye so quiet during all this? She should be back by now.
