Abigail's POV.

Approaching the place that I was resolute about never visiting was a hard time and I decided to take it slowly so that I wouldn't get wasted immediately.

“Your mother would be so elated to have you around because this has been a dream for her. However, we need to work together so that she can be completely restored. It would be a complete disaster if we cannot find out where she is and who took her.” The lady beside me spoke.

I was completely out of my wits.

If someone had taken my mother, even though I was finding out that she was ever alive, it made me feel a little bit devastated.

“I don't care how long it's going to take but we have to find her. There are just some things that I wouldn't hesitate to deal with and this is one of them. I know that people would want me to brush it off and all of that but I can't. It's just something that I would not give myself to.” I mused aloud.
