ALPHA KONAN'S POV

With my chair backing my study table, I ran my fingers on my forehead and felt the evident wrinkles on my face. My eyes were heavy, a testament of the temporary insomnia I was experiencing the past few days. How was I supposed to sleep peacefully with all the problems the pack was facing?

Rosaline was in my study, apologizing for the umpteenth time about her mistake. I was still trying to reel in my emotions.

Your apologies have nothing to solve, the deed had already been done. I am finding it hard to forgive you, but since this is your first grave mistake, I am willing to let it go. Make sure this is your first and last mistake.
