Lucius couldn't but imagine the kind of girl Layla was; just last night she was begging to be spared yet here she was initiating the same thing ran from.

He hoped she was truly the virgin she claimed to be because her character didn't match her claim at all.

What kind of a lady moaned so loudly beside a man and still claimed to be a virgin?
