The arrival of Elena and Julian’s second child — a baby boy they named Alexander Julian Vale-Black — brought another wave of joy to the family. Named after his great-grandfather, little Alex (as everyone quickly called him) had his father’s dark hair and his mother’s determined spirit. The mansion once again filled with the sounds of new life as the family celebrated the growing dynasty.

Elena balanced motherhood with her rising role in the company, while Julian proved to be an equally devoted father. One evening, after putting both children to bed, Julian pulled Elena into their bedroom with that familiar hungry look in his eyes.
