Chapter # 70

After Zadicus was taken away, all of them began to resent him but deep down they held a guilt for going there in the first place.

Persephone shattered beyond repair and locked herself, her heart sank into darkness to never see the world again, losing her friend and lover.

“Please tell me it’s my deception.” Persephone begged, all alone in her opulent mansion, silent tears rolling down her cheeks, staring at her hands.

“Please…” She sniffed, sitting on the ground, losing her posture.

She was caged in darkness filled with apparitions, frightening her but there was no one to support her anymore.

Everything began to fall apart.

“Randall, Open the door.” Randall’s mother called, knocking at his door.

These two only have each other and her heart crushed to see her son in this state but Randall had shut himself out.

“Please, don’t do this to me. Come out.” He was wailing alone in his room, her voice was not reaching him.
