Triana
That vampire… He was now looking muscular and fresh. His thick, black hair that combed back with the thin strands framing his face, down to his cheekbones did look charming. However, that didn't erase the fact that he was a monster who would kill Triana at any minute.
"Your blood..."
The vampire's voice made Triana nauseous and her eyes trembled even more. Her knees shook as the vampire took the first steps toward her.
"I can smell it. Even, from the most hidden place though. It smelled so good - Was the best blood that ever ran down my throat,"
"No…" Triana shook her head, thinking of backing away only to slam her back against the strong body of the tall horse behind her.
"Say your goodbyes to this world, for soon you will be the fuse of leaves in late autumn," Vlador said as he dropped the body of the guard from his grip.
In the blink of an eye, the vampire sped towards her and was caught like a shadow in Triana's eyes. When she realized, she was already sitting on the ground, facing up the bright full moon framed by the branches of the trees.
When her blue eyes moved to the side, she saw a face, covered with a thin shadow that made his red eyes shine brightly. Then, a smirk spread across the man's lips, and his fangs appeared to be longer and more pointed.
Triana was at a loss for words. Her tongue had stiffened and her eyes, which were fixed on the dreadful face, were shedding tears.
The memories of her life flashed before her eyes when she saw the vampire open his mouth very wide downwards with big bulging eyes, and dark blue and green veins drawn under all his pale face and body skin.
A shrill, buzzing sound became the opening music for Triana's death ritual, because after that, the mouth that opened abnormally to reveal its dark, cave-like interior, devoured her in the neck.
The same pain repeated itself. The fangs again stuck in the same place to make Triana scream in pain with all her soul.
Within seconds, the pain had multiplied as the vampire began to suck her blood again, many times more brutal than before.Triana's skin gradually turned white pale. Her lips, which had previously regained their color slightly, were now thinly white and turning blue. Her vision blurred and her hand rested helplessly on the back of the vampire who was still enjoying himself sucking her blood.
Her strength had run out. Triana felt her heart beating slower to the point that every beat was painful. However, just as her entire consciousness was nearly wiped out, the suction suddenly stopped.
"Wh-what happened?" The vampire muttered as he removed his mouth from Triana's neck.
He let go of Triana's body until she fell lying in a sideways position on the ground covered in dry leaves.
"Argh! My heart! What happened?" Vlador growled while holding his chest.
Suddenly, a whirling wind came blowing dry leaves. The wind stopped a few steps ahead of them before emitting a green glow from the ground, and was followed by the appearance of a skinny, hunchbacked witch in its midst.
Vlador's eyes widened. "You! What are you doing, dirty witch?!" he asked as he continued to hold his chest.
Laughter flowed from the witch's dark lips. Greenish light and black smoke surrounded her.
"Earth witch… You bastard!" Vlador growled.
"Hihihi.. Do you think I will not avenge you after you massacred all my sisters? At that time, your laughter was great, Dracount. If it weren't for those traitorous witches working with the humans, I would have killed you with my own hands!"
"What… did you do to me?!" Vlador grimaced again.
"I have cursed the both of you. Hahahaha!" The witch exclaimed until saliva sprayed out of her mouth.
Faintly, Triana could hear what the witch was saying. Even though her heartbeat was weakening and her vision was faded, she still had enough consciousness to be able to think that it looked like she had been framed by the witch.
"All this time, I've been hungry to kill you, Dracount. But those traitors greedily cast protective magic on your castle. But it doesn't matter now. If I think about it, I don't need to take out your heart and only watch you lose your life in a few seconds, do I? Wouldn't it be better if I made you suffer in my own way?"
"Besides being a witch, I honestly noticed that I have a hidden talent as a cupid. Watching the two of you, knocked my hidden talent out. You two have the same personality and the same skill at irritating me." The witch explained with a few laughs interspersed.
"I'm going to rip that damn mouth of yours, you garbage hag! Your throat will be torn apart, just like your sisters!" Vlador hissed.
A wide smile spread across the witch's lips. Then, she raised her hands in front of her body and spoke,
"You both have the same arrogance. Isn't 'eating or being eaten' a principle of your lives? Now, suffer together in my curse!"Green light mixed with black smoke poured out from the witch's palms, then aimed to surround Triana and Vlador.
"The potion has bound you in my curse. Your hearts beat together. Her life is your life and your life is her life. You both are tied to the same string of death.Triana Rexa Gelev, your heart depends on the blood of Vlador Lev Dracount. And Vlador Lev Dracount, you will forever thirst for the blood of Triana Rexa Gelev.
Forever, you both are bound in this cursed circle. Forever, you both will suffer, even though you have learned your mistakes!"
The green light faded like steam. Meanwhile, Triana felt her heartbeat getting weaker. She didn't care anymore what the witch said. If indeed she had been cursed, it wouldn't be a problem if she died anyway.
Vision was getting darker, Triana slowly closed her heavy eyelids. The last thing her ears heard was a strong gust of wind around her. Then, she felt her body being lifted, and something warm ran down her throat.

The feeling of great dizziness made Triana frown. She slowly opened her eyes to see the darkness before her eyes.
With her vision still blurry, Triana closed her eyes tightly and opened them again. Now, she realized that what was up there was an old wooden roof covered in cobwebs.
The cold air blew, making Triana turn her head to find out where she was.
She found herself lying on a huge bed in a chamber, lit only by the moonlight coming in through a large window with a view of the bright night sky.It took Triana a few seconds to digest what was happening and remember what had happened before.
"You are a disaster."
Triana The deep voice made Triana turn towards the foot of the bed with a start. She gasped to find a man in a white tunic perched there like a bat. His pair of light-brown eyes shone in the dark, staring at her intently. Triana's body felt stiff. She couldn't move and her heart was pounding fast. She wanted to jump away from here, but she couldn't even move her fingers because fear had chained her whole body. The vampire lowered one of his feet to step on the bed, and then his hands followed. He began to crawl over Triana's body until their faces met. "Hh…" Triana's tongue trembled. When the vampire drew his face close to her neck, her face instinctively looked away. Her jaw tightened and she squeezed the sheet as she felt the vampire's lips press against her bite wound which she believed was still freshly open because it brought the pain and soreness back. However, instead of a bite, she heard a long, strong snort right in her ear. Her brow furrowed as the vampire lifted his
Triana fixed her gaze on the angry-looking vampire. Her heart pounded hard because she could feel the dark aura around the vampire even though she couldn't see it with her naked eyes."Wh-what exactly happened?" She asked."That damn hag used her potion to put a curse on us. I will die if you die, and the other way around."Triana's jaw dropped and she quickly covered her mouth with her hand. "The witch made our lives interdependent,""It's not just our lives, gosling. There is still another curse that will make me suffer a lot," Vlador said while stroking the long hair that framed Triana's face. "To stay alive, you must drink my blood at least once every five days. And I… will always crave your blood."Trianna frowned. She dropped her gaze to digest the condition. She must drink the blood of a vampire to stay alive? Then the vampire whose blood she must drink, craved to drink her blood. Meanwhile, their lives were connected so that if she died, the vampire would also die. That mea
Triana. The heavy whisper tickled her ear to the point that it sent chills down her spine. Then, she felt the vampire bring her body to swing to the side and fall out, against the wind with their heads facing down. They were falling. The vampire brought Triana down from the highest part of the castle to the ground below. The tickling sensation in her stomach, chest, and throat made her unable to scream, especially since her head was facing downwards. Her hands gripped the black garment of the vampire who was hugging her. Triana didn't understand what his purpose was in doing this. Did he want them to die together? For a second, Triana opened her eyes slightly to peek and make sure that she was falling down for real. She saw a glimpse of trees with their fast-moving branches. 'I don't want to die. Father, mother, my sisters… I want to go home…' Triana cried to herself. The feeling of falling was getting stronger to the point where Triana had a bit of trouble breathing. She belie
Triana. Triana felt Vlador's arms around her waist loosen, then her feet finally landed on the ground. As soon as Vlador let go of his hands, Triana fell to her knees with her body trembling. Just now, she was happy to be flying in the sky. But now, she was truly grateful to be able to touch the ground again. The sound of footsteps passing by Triana made her turn her head. The vampire was walking towards the witch's house which was a few meters ahead of them. This was the first time Triana saw the full form of a vampire's wings. As a teenager, she had seen vampire wings in the royal palace of Rotherez Kingdom. It was a pair of vampire wings displayed on the wall of the palace's official dining hall. The king was very proud of the wings and said that they were cut directly by his grandfather before killing the vampires they caught on a hunt one hundred and fifty years ago. However, Triana didn't expect that the vampire wings that were still fresh and connected to their owner looke
Triana"No... Wh-What… What have you done?" Triana stammered. The witch who had cursed Triana was her only hope to return to her normal life. But now, the witch was dead. The vampire had killed her. Why did he kill her?Suddenly, Triana felt a tickle in her throat and a rumbling in her stomach. She immediately ran out of the house with her back slightly bent forward and her hand covering her mouth.Once outside the door, Triana vomited the contents of her stomach out. She coughed hard while holding on to a block of wood that stuck to the wall of the shabby house. Her world seemed to spin around her head so that if she didn't hold on to something, she was sure she would be lying on the dirty ground by now.Triana wasn't sure if she felt nauseous from seeing the gruesome murder right before her eyes or because she saw her only hope to free herself from this curse was dead. Both of them shook her soul.Wiping her mouth with the back of her hand, Triana tried to catch her breath to pull h
VladorWatching the seasons change and the full moon appeared and disappeared made Vlador feel like his soul was getting eroded.Desperation made him several times wish to die, just like his family. The war between humans and vampires finally ended after nearly a thousand years of bloodshed. Unfortunately, the war was won by humans. For generations, humans and vampires had been at war constantly. Just like other wars, they fought over territory to breed. In fact, there were still werewolves and witches. However, vampires were the main enemy of humans because humans were their food.Humans always thought that they were the descendants of gods. They were God's most holy and perfect creations. They hated vampires because vampires were descended from the devil; which was correct.Just like other vampires, Vlador also hated humans the most. However, he also hated the vampires that surrounded him. When he saw his entire family being slaughtered, for the first time, Vlador felt joy. But his
Vlador"There's no harm in checking it," Vlador said and took the object.Certainly, from the pile of trash that looked to be witchcraft materials, a cloth-wrapped wooden stick with a strap was something to be suspicious of. Without having to open it, he was sure enough that it might be a letter or incantation.Nimbly, Vlador's fingers pulled the red knot and unrolled it. The piece of white cloth that wrapped the stick was opened and fell. However, Vlador's other hand swiftly moved downwards, so the cloth landed on his palm.Triana's eyes widened. "There's writing there,""It should be," Vlador said. Then he studied the contents of the cloth a moment only to cluck his tongue. "This is the language of witches,""Oh…" Triana huffed. Her face went hopeless back. Then, her eyes widened again in no time. Her hand stretched out towards Vlador. "May I check it? I once studied the witches' language.""You did?" Vlador's brow furrowed.Turning her eyes elsewhere, Triana cleared her throat bri
Vlador The human body was different from the vampire body. Humans easily felt hungry. They needed to eat and drink. When their energy was drained but they were still forced to move, they would become weak and even lose consciousness. Before being cooped up for a hundred years, Vlador had never even socialized with humans. In fact, he only knew a few about them. All this time, all he cared about was what type of human whose blood tasted more delicious and all the ugliness of their nature. "Hey, wake up! Don't die!" Vlador said in a rather loud voice. However, even though he had tried to wake this girl up many times, her eyes kept closing. Vlador had completely forgotten that humans were very weak, and it seemed that this girl was one of the weakest. He did not understand why she had to faint just because she had lost a little blood and vomited. A violent wind hit Vlador's body. Trees rushed past him at top speed –No- it only looked as if it was because he was the one running at a
