After drowning for days, thinking of how she was going to grab life by the balls, Starr finally gave Magnus the chance to come visit her. She was trying hard to keep her mind off Chris, but Magnus coming over wasn't helping at all. He hadn't really stopped for a second to talk about something other than Valentine since he arrived.

Days had passed and it was almost the weekend. Starr was feeling unusually fatigued and simply wanted to rest. She had woken early to go to work, but ended up not being able to. "It's a lie," Magnus excitedly said to her, flapping his arm close to his face, fanning himself. "He did legit ask you out?" he asked again, causing her to nod. "Oh my gawd! My ship is fucking sailing, Bitches!"He was so excited, Starr could feel it. She didn't know why he was so excited, but it kind of brought a smile to her face. She liked how he was so happy about something so not-so-big, that he felt should make her happy too. She couldn't help smiling.Magnus soon calmed down, taking his seat on one of her single chairs. The ride was quiet. Starr was trying her hardest not to 'think too much'. She sat quietly, her head resting on her elbow, her gaze fixed to the road. She was awfully quiet, Chris felt it was better to stay quiet also. He didn't want to ruin anything at all. He felt they had a great night ahead of them, and Starr's mood was very unpredictable, so he didn't want to ruin it with the slightest thing.
