28: Standing Up For Herself.
THIRD PERSON'S POV:-
It took Zaric a few minutes to finally be able to get back into his senses. He stood up and walked towards the door. He tried to open the door. He was surprised that the door was locked again. He was sure that he broke the lock when he stepped into the room. He banged the door for Dabby to open the door again. But she didn't even move from her place. She covered her ears with a pillow and turned the volume of her mp3 player up. Zaric was angry that Dabby disobeyed him again. And he never liked whenever she disobeyed him. Growling in anger, he kicked the door of her bedroom. Dabby jumped but she sighed in relief as the door was still closed.

THIRD PERSON'S POV:-Zaric's eyes widened in horror as he realised what he just did. He had slapped her. He balled up his fists tightly and stepped out of the cabin. Dabria laid down on the dusty ground and started crying. She never imagined that Zeus would ever do that to her. She couldn't breathe with the thought that her mate would hurt her one day. DABRIA'S POV:-Tears were flowing freely from my eyes as I heard his confession. All this long, I thought it was just him being a jerk with me. I could never imagine what he went through. "Why didn't you tell anyone? Why didn't you tell me? You should have at least told someone. Why did you endure it all by yourself?" I asked him in a low tone. Zeus turned his head towards me and forced a small smile on his face. For the first time, I had seen Zeus crying. And he was crying because of everything I went through. Because everything Zaric did to me. I couldn't imagine being stuck inside my own body and not being able to inform anyone. I couldn't imagine what he went through.Maybe Eve knew exactly what happened. That was the reason why she asked me to follow him. And ask him why he did that. DABRIA'S POV:-After finishing the pizza, I went to the bathroom. I felt an urge to pee. While Zeus was sitting by the window, looking at the sky. THIRD PERSON'S POV:-Dabria opened her eyes in the morning and found Zaric staring at her. She gulped hard as she sat up on the bed. As she knew that it was Zaric, she felt awkward while sitting beside him. He brought his face towards her. She flinched a little as he started licking her cheeks. Then he laid his head in Dabby's lap while whimpering like a little puppy. Dabria couldn't help but smile at him. He was really putting an effort to get Dabby to forgive him. One of Dabria's hands made its way towards his head. She was slowly and gently massaging his scalp. He closed his eyes as she massaged his scalp. THIRD PERSON'S POV:-After a long warm bath, Dabria stepped out of the bathtub and drained it. She had a winning grin on her face. She walked towards the basin. She brushed her teeth and dried her hair. She was dancing at her victory against the wolf who was now sitting outside of the bathroom. Dabria teased him well. Zaric had to leave the bathroom in the end. Once her hair was dry, Dabria grabbed a soft towel and wrapped it around her body. She stepped out of her bathroom and looked around.
