She moved straight to the kitchen and flung her purse on the counter and began digging through the pantry for ingredients. She needed something sweet, but she also wanted to beat the shit out of something. She twisted her hair up into a ponytail and grabbed a hair tie from her purse and twisted it around her hair before digging through the fridge noting all the ingredients there. Someone had gone shopping.

Sasha heard the steps of Rin’s tread as he followed her and moved to the espresso machine. The counter housed the espresso machine and an old-fashioned coffee maker she was sure Sonny bought in the seventies, but it still worked.
