Chapter 19 - Her Past

THE smell of the hospital disgusts Harrison yet he ended up going to the place he hates. After leaving the motel, he was given the task to find more information about the prisoner. He didn't want to go yet it was Dianne's command so he had no choice but to come here.

He cringes every time a patient walks by, the omnipresent smell of antiseptic is distinguishable which triggers his anger and different emotions he does not wish to feel. The chemicals used to clean the hospital floors, the disinfectants used for patients, and everything there give him shivers.

He covered his nose with his shirt before going to the prisoner's room but he was stopped by the guards. "Visitors are not allowed," they uttered but he still tried getting inside.

"I'm qualified to be here," he uttered before removing their grasp on his shoulder. They laughed before scoffing. "A kid like you? Get out of here," the older man with some white hair uttered while chuckling, mocking Harrison.
