Chapter 5

       LEENA'S POV

I went in search of Rick. I needed to talk to him so Dad won't know I'm not really Ariana.

I turned to an old woman passing by

"Mam,do you know where I can find Rick?",I asked.

She looked strangely at me for something and laughed.

"Wanna blow his intestines out?,I wouldn't tell you so the cops won't hold me down" she said walking out..

I looked at her in confusion. What does she mean by "...blow his Intestines out"?

I waved it off and kept looking buh no one wanted to tell me. According to them,I and Rick always loved to cause trouble even for them..

I stopped at a Road side ice cream shop,the man standing there looks familiar but I waved it away, I'm sure I  don't know anyone here.

"Sir, I'm... actually..I'm.. looking for Rick",I said stuttering.

"Wanna make his nose bleed?",he teased.

I smiled nervously,not really in the mood to joke.

          

     RICK'S POV

People told me Ariana has been looking for me and I should run to avoid visiting the cops again.

I'm done hiding,if she wanna fight again then I'm ready.

 I too went in search of her.

Soon I caught sight of her looking around,I walked angrily towards her.

"What's the problem?!",I yelled at her.

She turned startled and looked at me in relief.

"Rick,you have to me",she said.

"Since when did you ask for help from a murderer?"

"Look Rick,believe me,I'm not Ariana. I'm not from this world"

"You from Mars?",I asked getting fed up of her stupidity.

"No,it's a parallel world Rick,Zino city and Zino village.

 At first it was confusing, but now I know,I'm very sure of that.In my world you're my boyfriend, you have tattoos on your left arm and a scar under it but here it's totally different".

I couldn't understand what she was rambling about.

"Ariana,you need to see a doctor,you're insane" I said sighing.

"No Rick,I'm not insane,I'm perfectly fine!, you're the only one who could understand me here"

"I don't even understand you!",I half yelled.

"Listen Rick,I don't know anything about Ariana. I came hoping you could help me ",she said.

"Help you?,are you mad?"

"No I'm not,I'm totally fine. Rick just help me,help me act like Ariana"

"I'm very busy this morning Ariana,what do you want?"..

"Who....I mean what type of person is Ariana?"

"You should know that better,aren't you Ariana?"

"I'm Leena Rashford!".

I looked her in the eye,and...there was sincerity there.

I don't know if she has mental issues, but i suddenly felt the confidence to help her. She looks like Ariana but truly, her behaviour differs.

When she hugged me,after that hug,she seemed to be all I thought of,this lady has a new effect on me,an effect Ariana would have never quickened.

To be sincere,be it Ariana or Leena,I'm willing to help.

Apart from enjoying the drama,I wanted to clear my name from this game. Its just a game of chance.

        ARIANA'S POV

We were still standing inside the identity room with my head boozing with confusion.

The door came open and the woman that  looks like my mom walked in,she was fuming.

"LEENA RASHFORD!!",she yelled.

What's wrong now?,I looked at her surprised.

"What have you done Leena!?",she yelled again.

"What is it now?",I asked fuming up.

"Why did you say curse words at those reporters?"

"They wouldn't let me pass,so I said just a few curse words at them",I replied sincerely.

"Do you realize the jeopardy you're causing?,the whole internet is buzzing with news,just look!",she said handing the device she was holding to me.

I looked at it in amusement,those crazy reporters had aired the video when I said...

   

      "I'm not your superstar!,you're all mistaken you godforsaken set of beggers!!".

I sighed,maybe superstars around here don't spew cuss words on people,but well,I do that everyday.

I handed the phone back to the fuming woman.

"It was a mistake and after all,I'm not your Leena".

"O shut up!,just read the comments below young lady ",she commanded throwing the phone at me 

I scrolled down and the comments shook me.

* Ms Leena has really gone crazy.

* can she still perform at the concert?,I heard she's mentally ill.

* she goes about screaming she's not Leena Rashford?,who is she then?

* Ms Leena was missing for 3days but she comes back insane, this is funny!

* I don't see the success of this upcoming concert when the superstar has gone bunkers!,hope we get a refund of our money soon.

These people are making a mountain out of an anthill.

The comments were really funny,I just burst into laughter.

"You....you think this is funny!!,Leena!!!",She yelled at me.

"It's funny of course. I had said just a few curse word at them and this?,they're calling me insane??,those people are just getting worked up"

"LEENA!,I don't know where you have been for those 3 days u

You disappeared,I don't know and I don't care what might have happened to you!,all I want is this concert. It's the offset of our success in music,we'll be known world wide,Leena stop playing with this!!!".

"I've told you,I'm not your daughter Leena, you're not even my mom, neither do I know how to sing!",I replied walking off.
