Chapter Twenty-Three

Bridgette slid off of his lap and went to her room to get dressed. She didn’t know what to tell Kane about who they were going to meet up with. She shrugged  and quickly changed her clothes. After slipping on a pair of black combat boots she went down stairs and met Kane outside. 

They stopped by The Coffee Palace and Kane quickly  ran inside the building. Less than five minutes later Kane was back outside. Bridgette sighed and started up her car as he climbed on his bike. 

It didn’t take long before they pulled up outside the house in the country. Kane looked around after he pulled in behind her. Bridgette climbed out of her car and led Kane to an old shed  on the other side of the property. 

“Thank you for meeting me.” Said an older guy
