Chapter 6: Sleeping In The Same Bed

Jennifer's deft hands threaded through his hair, expertly drying his jet-black hair. 

"There's nothing left, so I'll go back to my room." 

Jennifer finished wiping her hair and stood shyly to the side. She didn't dare raise her head to look at Ivan, she was afraid of being sucked into his eyes. 

Ivan suddenly stood up and walked in front of her, he looked straight into a beautiful face the size of his hand. At the same time, one hand grabbed Jennifer, carrying her whole body on his shoulders. 

Before Jennifer could react, Ivan threw him on the bed, then he lowered himself to tie Jennifer in his arms, and fell asleep. Jennifer opened her mouth wide, she couldn't believe it was real, Ivan and she slept in the same bed. Jennifer wanted to get out of bed immediately, but Ivan's steely hand wrapped around her, there was absolutely no way to escape. 

This is the first time Jennifer slept with a strange man on a bed, Ivan's fresh breath mixed with a mint smell sometimes spread to Jennifer making her heart flutter, she could feel his arms full of strength. 

The other is wrapped around her waist. Jennifer was so tense with sweat on her forehead but still couldn't sleep, she opened her eyes and looked at the ceiling, her heart pounding wildly, still unsteady. 

The injured arm sometimes gave off a sharp pain from Ivan's touch. 

"If you don't sleep, I'll leave you to feed the wolves." 

Ivan suddenly opened his eyes and looked at her coldly, and at the same time, he loosened his arm. Why did he forget, she was still injured. Jennifer panicked and quickly closed her eyes. After a night of torture, Jennifer woke up early in the morning and was nowhere to be found. In the huge room where she was left alone, it felt like Jennifer's body was even smaller. 

Jennifer rubbed her aching neck, yesterday Ivan kept sleeping in that position all night, making her bones hurt too. Jennifer got out of bed, she went to the dining room to start making breakfast. 

Always alone, so Jennifer only did a simple part, but today with the appearance of the owner of this castle, Jennifer couldn't help but do an extra part. What happened to Ivan in the end, he changed dizzy in just one night. 

Very quickly Jennifer brought up the simple breakfast, she stood back to look at Ivan.

"You eat too." As if blessed, Jennifer sat down and quickly settled her breakfast. 

After Ivan finished eating, he disappeared, as if he had to go out to do something. The luxury black business car convoy slowly departed, a scene no less spectacular than in the action movies that Jennifer had ever seen. 

In this huge mansion, Jennifer felt extremely lonely. She started thinking about her parents again, wondering how they are now if everything was okay. Jennifer silently prayed that she would see the two of them soon. 

It's been a month since Jennifer's disappearance, Lauria seems to be much older, she refuses to eat or drink and just sits like that. Brian saw this scene, his heart ached again. 

"You hurry to eat something, if you keep going like this, your health won't be able to stand it." 

Brian put the hot bowl of porridge on the table, lifting Lauria up. “I miss Jennifer so much.” 

Brian smiled bitterly, he almost sent people to search everywhere, but there was not a single clue about Jennifer. A month has passed, and his hope has also been extinguished. "She will definitely come back, as long as her body is not found, I believe she is still alive." 

Ivan's group stopped at a luxury villa area, next to a green beach. But Ivan was not in the mood to see the scenery here, he went straight inside. An already tall man immediately greeted him. 

"Lord Ivan, please come in." 

Ivan nodded to follow him, wherever his strong steps went, people, bowed in greeting. 

The man led him to an extremely large room, which was decorated with many diamonds and precious stones. Just looking at it made others utter surprise, but for Ivan perhaps it was too familiar, he only took a quick look and then chose one of them. 

"I took this." 

"Thank you for helping me with this shipment, this gift is considered my honor for the day, please don't criticize." 

The man smiled and said, he was very grateful that Ivan was willing to help him. 

"I only do it for the sake of it, what's the point of not doing it for both sides?" 

"Yes, yes, you are right." 

“Besides, I have a gift for you.” 

The man smiled and was pleased. Ivan raised an eyebrow at him. The man clapped his hands three times, and a very sexy-dressed girl slowly walked in.

"Sir Ivan, would you like this present?" 

Ivan pursed his lips, this girl is very attractively dressed, the red color on her body seems to burn the delicate white skin, the face is extremely beautiful like a powerful red rose, men must look at it. fall in love with this beauty. 

But Ivan was the exception, he was not only displeased but disgusted. Ivan brushed past the perfumed girl, then spoke. “There is no need, you can keep it and use it. I came back earlier.” 

The man trembled, did he offend Ivan again, why is he so cold.
