Ezra stopped the car and they both got out.

"You okay, buddy?"

Adrian shook his head. There was no use in lying. But he had a lot of job to do. He had been concentrating on Amelia for a while, and hadn't been doing things he had to do. So he needed to be alright for his pack's sake.

"I will be okay, don't worry. I need you to talk with Sebastian and William. Ask them whether they have any new information about Edward. We need to know what that ass is planning now... it had been utter silence for a while now, and it must be a f*cking calm before the storm," Adrian said with an angry look and Ezra nodded his head.

"Sure, I will check with them. Why don't you rest for a while?"

"I am not a baby, Ez, you don't need to coddle me. I am good. Also, I have pack duties to attend to and have some work. I will be in my office if you want me, okay?" Adrian said and Ezra said yes before he walked
