The sound of my alarm buzzed me awake, making me groan as I stood up to do my morning prayer before going into the bathroom to get a hot shower, as it has been cold these past weeks.

It's been two weeks since Ethan spoke to my parents and to say we have both been busy was an understatement. I was thrown into projects while Ethan had business deals every now and then but we still managed to find ways to be together like weekends where we are either in my home or going out.

I needed a break, I was really tired, but thank God it was Friday.

Coming out of the shower, I took my clothes, which consisted of simple jeans with plain white tees. I slipped on my white converse and packed my braids into a ponytail, that's right I had to make my hair, or else it would have started cutting.
