The Gala and Love

Stepping into the apartment, I dropped my bag on the couch and made Funke follow me to the kitchen. I was hungry for homemade fried rice and chicken.

It took us an hour to get the food done, then we ate and drank a bottle of non-alcoholic blue wine as a form of our mini celebration while dancing like crazy people in the kitchen. Finally, when we were exhausted, I checked the time to see that it was still 2:55 pm, and we decided to sleep it off. Setting our alarm for 4:30 pm we slept off, not on the bed but the couch in the parlor.

The alarm clock jolted us up as we hated the song. Quickly dismissing the alarm, it took us 10minute to stand up.

"Ife, let's go and shower, I smell like the chicken sauce" I laughed but stood up nonetheless.

Entering our rooms, I head to the shower and took a nice long bath, washing, and shaving. After a good scrubbing, I turned off the shower and stepped out wrapping my towel around my body.
