Chapter 32
I caught my breath as I awoke from the strange nightmare. A nightmare that when I woke up I could even not remember. All I can recall are wings and eyes. Something that is not frightening at all but it terrifies me. However, when I tried to turn to Saint who was just next to me before I went to slumber, but now he not there.
I took a deep breath and looked around. That's when I realized he was really gone.
I just bit my lip and slightly pressed both of my knees together. I try to expunge the dream out of my mind but it really won't go away. Until now, I am still terrified. Nonetheless, I strive to calm down and remind myself that it was just a dream.
