Adonis' rage was over the roof. He could not believe what he was seeing. He refused to believe that what he was seeing was happening. As soon as Adonis realized that Kalta's plan had failed, he knew he had to act fast or run the risk of losing his life. He had no idea how that attack on him had gotten destroyed, but this was the wrong time to try and figure it out. Desmond was about to close his eyes as he so much needed sleep when a knock sounded on his door. "Come on now. Who the hell is there?" He cursed as he climbed off his bed and grabbed his shirt from the sofa.The knock came again and he shook his head at the person's impatience. "Chill, all right. Now who is there?" Bethany stood in front of Uncle Desmond’s door with a smile on her face. She was meeting Adonis today and she felt a happiness she could not explain. Despite the warning from her parents not to stay out late, she was willing to spend all day with Adonis.“Hey, Bethany. You are here?” Uncle Desmond asked as soon as he opened the door.“Yes, sir. Adonis stared wide-eyed at the glowing golden orb of fire that had materialized out of Bethany. Adonis instinctively had his hand cover Bethany as soon as he felt his body go weightless.
