“Says someone jealous of all his women around him,” Hana said, shaking her head.

“Whether or not he has many women around him, he is a great man to have as a partner. My feelings will only get in the way of his greatness. My problem of jealousy is my problem, not anyone else’s, and I believe I will prevail over it.” Xuanlu said and smiled a caring smile at Hana.

Suddenly there was a tremendous thundering boom that came from the distance as dark clouds began to converge over the village. The two women looked at one another, confused.

“This place has rain? What a wonderous place.” Xuanlu said.

“I don’t think this is a meer storm. Look outside.” Hana said, looking out of the window.

There was lightning streaking across the sky in all directions and there was a vortex over one of the homes. The sounds of lovemaking were stopped as well, and soon after, Blake, Nancy, and Koran walked out of the home.

“Is it?” Nancy asked.

“Yes, that old coot is breaking through in his home. Doesn’t he real
