The lecturer came into the class carrying papers for the new students he went and sat in front of the class Derrick sat before the lecturer with a lot of expectations in the new university behind him a beautiful billionaire's daughter sited he looked back and eyes met Angela smiled she realized that Derrick was handsome Derrick looked at the lecturer, lecturer stood.

"You are recruited you are referred to as fresher by the rest of the classes most of you are new catches for them you should be careful," the lecturer said.

All the students laughed.

"You are laughing I am serious be cautious with your move," the lecturer said.

"It's time I call you you receive the letter of admission and the key to your hostels I will call you and you come in pairs," Lecturer said.

He called the named Angela and Derrick went together to receive the letter Angela looked at Derrick, and Derrick shied lecturer realized and smiled derrick looked at the floor.

"My son you should not be shy when a lady smiled at you you should smile back ladies are not harmful," the lecturer said.

The rest of the class laughed.

"Please Angela extend your hand to Derrick," the lecturer said.

Angela extended her hand to Derrick and they both shake their hands Derrick looked at Angela she was a beautiful lady she smiled back.

The class laughed Derrick shied and the lecturer gave them the admission letters and the keys.

"This is my class you should have gone to the administrative office to receive this but because we have no time to waste I had to do it myself,f," the lecturer said.

The students clapped Angela and Derrick went they sat together as the lecturer went out the students were happy to have received the admission letters Angela moved closer to Derrick.

"Derrick you are both new to each other but within a very short time I am fond of you I don't understand the feeling inside me the feeling is killing me softly," Angela said.

Derrick looked at her and smiled.

"Me too the feeling I have for you is a feeling I have never felt before its unexplainable every time I looked at you my heart skips," Derrick said

"Have you ever felt like that before?" Angela asked.

"No I haven't is this what is referred to as love?" Derrick asked.

"I guess so I think so maybe we should get it to try," Derrick said.

"My father Emilio will skin me alive if he discovered that I'm in love," Angela said.

"Yes my father is the richest man on earth amongst the top ten rich people in our country he told me to chase my dream," Angela said.

Angela realized that her father was calling he smiled and received the call Derrick looked at her.

"Already at the university, we've been given the admission letters we are preparing to go to our hostels," Angela said.

"Okay my daughter happy to know that you are following what you are aspiring to be careful I love you your mother is sending her regards too," Emilio said.

Angela was happy to have received the call from her father it was time to go to the hostel Derrick looked at the keys on his keys it was written number 59.

Derrick opened his room and got into the room Angela opened her room and placed her items and went to Derrick's room they sat they realized that there was a big screen they switched on to watch.

"Is this a good idea for us to be in one room at this time?" Derrick asked.

Angela laughed.

"You have forgotten we are at the university but not at the high school anymore," Angela said.

Derrick laughed at herself

"I am forgetting that we are in the university we are taken as adults thank God we are no longer restricted," Derrick said.

"Derrick what am I feeling for you every time I am closer to you my heart skips," Angela said.

Derrick moved closer to her and placed one of his arms on Angela.

"If this is the love I feel the same I don't know if this is infatuation if so then time will tell I have a feeling in my heart that burns like a flame I don't know," Derrick said.

Ange faced him and looked him directly in the eyes.

"Derrick I think we are in love I love you so much," Angela said.

"No I don't think we are in love but I am sure we both are in love," Derrick said.

Derrick kissed her they felt a feeling they have never felt before.

"What is the meaning of this exceptional feeling, we've never felt before especially me I have never felt before to a lady like I have felt for you today," Derrick said passionately.

Angela kissed him back there was a knock at the door that disrupted them Angela got s surprised that maybe she rushed and opened it to a caretaker serving them food.

"Come on in" Angela invited him.

He brought the food with the tray Derrick was surprised he looked at his watch it was already nine pm the caretaker placed the food on the table

"Derrick, can I take your food to your room?" He asked

"No just leave them here we shall eat together here," Angela said.

The caretaker left and Angela and Derrick ate their evening meals.
