**POV Eleanor**

Eloise led me to the Alpha's office. As soon as we arrived, I heard whispers between the Beta and the other warriors present. I sensed his presence approaching, and then his left hand touched my face, caressing me. A slight smile appeared on my lips.

"Alpha..." I whispered, feeling him get closer to me.

"Eleanor, what are you doing awake? You should be resting. I asked for your medicine to be brought to you at seven tonight," he replied seriously, the concern evident in his voice.

I felt his hands wrap around my waist, pulling me closer. He buried his head in my neck, inhaling deeply the sweet scent of my perfume, sending a shiver through my entire body.

"I needed to see you..." I whispered shyly. "How did the search go?" I asked, apprehensive.

He lifted his head and, with a softer tone, replied, "It was a difficult journey, but we found the herb that can cure your blindness. The doctors are preparing the medicine right now."
