Chapter 32

Tony POV

Tony ran towards her apartment hearing her screams.

As soon as he came out, I was stunned to see her screaming when one of the neighbor's dogs was licking her feet. For a few seconds, I imagined a small kid scared of a dog as if they saw it for the first time. She noticed and ran towards me and clenched my shirt at my back.

" Please…. Chase the dog away. I am afraid of dogs" she begged me.

A few minutes back, she slapped me like a daring and dashing woman. But now, she was just looking the opposite to it. I bent towards the dog and rubbed the top of the head, it wailed its tail showing his tongue out. Meanwhile, the owner of the pet came and apologized to us.

But still, she stood close to me. I smiled at her and asked her to come with me. A small smile formed on my lips.
