Everything happened so fast. We learned that our master was a demon serving Lucifer. Days turned into weeks, and weeks into months. Our training was having a good effect on our lives. I hadn't fought a demon yet, but I knew that the demon who killed June and Nixon wouldn't stand a chance against me. On the other hand, Camila was still finding it hard to accept the fact that Nixon and June were dead. None of us could accept it. I loved them both. I folded my hands, ready for the attack, but remembered what Master Yung always tells us: ‘Wait for the attack before you strike.’ I closed my eyes, and my eyes became white. I lay in bed, unable to sleep, with Lana and the other thoughts from my past swirling through my mind. It occurred to me that she couldn’t be me, as she was over 100 years old, and I couldn't breathe underwater. Kelvin and I were pretty close, but his sudden change and working himself to death was okay.
