The gunshot echoed through the underground cage like a divine punctuation — the kind that closed a chapter permanently. Ziko’s body slumped forward, lifeless, crimson blooming across his chest like a cursed rose. Hunter stood still as his men: trained, merciless, silent, stepped in and cleaned up the mess. Not a single command was needed. They knew the drill. Blood was part of the foundation down here.

Hunter lit a cigarette, the smoke curling from his lips like a hissed warning to anyone daring enough to cross him next. The bitter flavor of rage hadn’t dulled at all. If anything, it grew sharper with every passing second.

Ziko had betrayed him; sold him out, after everything. Secrets passed to Geret, the bastard running dirty counter deals across the East. And for what? A woman? A paycheck? A foolish taste of power?

He'd remember once before he fucked Geret’s woman. She was a pretty little slut who didn't hesitate to be fucked by him. He had no idea she was Geret's woman at first

Mirabella stared at him long. “I didn’t run from home,” she said, her tone tight and defensive. “I simply ran away from you. From your control.”Hunter’s jaw flexed. He shifted a little on the couch. He looks composed unlike her. “I see what you’re doing,” he said quietly. “You don’t want to acknowledge it’s home. You don’t want to seem vulnerable.”Her heart thumped fast in her chest. “It’s not my home, Hunter,” she said. “You literally kidnapped me and took me to your mansion. It’s not my home. It’s yours.”Hunter took a slow step forward, his eyes fixed on her. “It’s not a home anymore,” he murmured. “Not without you. We’ve done so many things there together. I thought you were getting used to it — to me. Even Ashley and everyone at the club thought so.”Mirabella folded her arms, holding herself as though his voice carried weight enough to shake her. “I was good and loved the club before you came into the picture. You came and turned everything upside down. You took control of my

Hunter groaned as she moved against him again, her body twisting in his arms as she tried to break free. Her fingers clawed at his wrist, trying to loosen his grip, but he didn’t budge.“Let me go,” she demanded, her voice tight with frustration. When her struggling didn’t work, she turned her head sharply and bit down on his shoulder. Hard. Hoping to disstabilize him.He hissed through his teeth, his cock jacked and pulsed and became harder and instead of loosening his grip, he tightened it around her and this time he rocked against her moving ass. The friction was everything and more. It was what he needed. He could feel the blood in his body rushing to dick. “Damn it, Bella,” he muttered under his breath, the sound rough and deep. He could feel every shift of her body against his, every tremor of resistance. The air between them felt charged, alive. After a while of her struggling, he finally released her from his grip but before she could move away, he was already on his feet, he

Beverly’s face was filled with shock and disbelief after Mirabella had narrated everything — every dark twist of her life, from her father’s debt to the moment she was taken by Hunter.“Oh my God!” Beverly gasped, placing both hands over her mouth. “So the whole ‘you are payment for your dad’s debt’ thing still exists and actually happened to you? Like for real? ? You were literally kidnapped by him?”Her wide eyes shimmered with disbelief, but her mouth soon twisted into something else — a dreamy smile. Typical Beverly.Mirabella sighed and looked at her friend. “You are not supposed to smile right now.”“I’m sorry, but come on!” Beverly said, waving her hands dramatically. “That’s like straight out of a dark romance novel. The big bad ruthless and handsome Mafia lord who takes what he wants, who’s all dominant and sinful—girl, it’s wild!”“It’s not wild, Bev. It’s traumatic.” Mirabella gave her a flat stare, rubbing her forehead as though the whole conversation was giving her a head

The day had gone by slowly, with Mirabella doing what she did best — keeping herself busy so she wouldn’t have to think too much. She spent the morning cleaning the kitchen and toilets, scrubbing the counters, and sweeping the floors. Then she moved to the laundry, sorting out the dirty clothes that had been piling up for days. She poured detergent into the washing machine, stuffed the clothes in, and stood by as the machine rumbled to life. The smell of soap filled the air, mixing with the faint scent of lemon air freshener she’d sprayed earlier.Hunter was literally everywhere. He followed her around like a lost puppy — or more like a nosy shadow. When she went to clean the bathroom, he was there holding the mop, insisting he could do it better. When she tried to hang the clothes out on the balcony, he came right behind her, “helping” her peg them up, though he clearly had no idea what he was doing. Every time she reached for something, his hand brushed hers. Every time she turned a

She stood behind the counter fuming with anger as she stirred the vegetables and fish for breakfast. The pot steamed and the smell filled the whole room, but she wasn't bothered by it. She couldn’t even enjoy it. Her eyes, full of annoyance, were locked on the duo sitting comfortably in the living room.Rena sat on Hunter’s lap, giggling and playing with his shirt collar, touching his face with those small delicate fingers, while he looked at her with the softest smile Mirabella had ever seen on him. She felt her stomach tighten. Her daughter was a betrayal for sure.Rena wasn’t the type of child who bonded easily with people. All those around her she was comfortable with had earned her trust and had worked for it in one way or the other. Most importantly, he was damn hot and hard—and he needed relief. Just looking at her made his blood rush, his cock strain, and his body throb. She could make him hard even when he was angry. She had that much effect on him.He could so easily pin her down on that bed right now, roll up her short top, and bury himself deep inside of her. He wanted to—every part of his body wanted and screamed for it. But he wouldn’t. Not yet. He had decided to go gently with her. To work at her pace. To take her slowly, even if it tore him apart. But deep down he knew—his patience was running out. He wasn’t a patient man. He had never been. His eyes locked on her with a piercing intensity. The sharpness of his gaze made her knees buckle.
