“Well, aren’t you a brave little thing.”

His words dripped with sarcasm as he held her elbow and started pulling her shocked body towards Diam. The disbelief on her bloodstained face was obvious. He glared at her hotly as he drags her out of the beautiful field of death. This woman was unbelievable. He thought to himself and scoffed.

“Gods, what were you thinking? If I hadn’t arrived on time, I had to cut that python’s skin to pull you out. Why did you leave that damned cave in the first place? To be devoured by a snake?” He spat, hating her unresponsive stature by each passing second. When they reached Diam, the horse recoiled back in skepticism. What in the name of Lord was his master doing? His nose scrunched up in abhorrence as they reeked of rotten blood- if there was something like that in the first place.
