Dale turned slowly, her breath increasing. She had turned to see someone flat on the mud. She couldn't recognize the figure. All she knew was that he was a human being was now in complete deformation. His pelvic joint was now pushed out and his right arm now amputated. His legs twisted in a position beyond repair.
